bikely is a specialized online retailer for spare and wear parts for e-bike mid-engines. Our range includes bearings, freewheels, belts, displays, cables, assembly tools and complete revision kits for drives from Bosch, Brose, Yamaha, Shimano and BMZ.
Who we are
Sam Berens is the sole entrepreneur behind bikely and is based in Rheine, North Rhine-Westphalia. We are not a manufacturer or an authorized workshop of the brands mentioned. We only mention brand names to describe the usability of our parts for the respective engine system.
What we sell
Our range consists of original parts as well as matching replica and spare parts from other manufacturers. Each product page shows which manufacturer produces the respective part and which engines it is suitable for. All items are new; We do not stock used or refurbished goods.
How we deliver
Shipping is carried out on our behalf via our logistics and specialist partner in Germany. The purchase contract is concluded exclusively with bikely - we are always the contact person for orders, returns and warranty. We deliver free of charge within Germany, usually within 3 to 5 working days; Deliveries to the EU, Switzerland and the UK take 3 to 8 working days. The prices on our product pages are final prices including VAT.
Returns and Warranty
You have a right of withdrawal of 30 days - ten days more than legally required. The statutory warranty of two years applies. Details are in our Cancellation policy and ours Terms and Conditions.
