Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Sam Berens, Steinburgring 45, 48431 Rheine, email: info@bikely.one, telephone: +49 152 03310127) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, I will refund to you all payments that I have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by me), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment I will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

I can refuse the repayment until I have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must deliver the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify me of your cancellation of this contract to:

to return or hand over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return address: Our logistics are operated by Olaf Berens, Mühlenberg 10, 48734 Reken, on behalf of Sam Berens. Please send returns only to this address - this way the goods will arrive as quickly as possible and we can process your refund quickly.

Damaged or faulty goods: If the goods are damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us at info@bikely.one before returning them. In this case we will cover the return shipping costs. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected and are not restricted by this notice.
