Right of withdrawal
Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Sam Berens, Steinburgring 45, 48431 Rheine, email: sam.berens@bikely.one, telephone: +49 15203310127) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of revocation If you cancel this contract, I will pay you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing anotherre type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by me), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from dto be repaid on the day on which I received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment I will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless you agreedexpressly agreed otherwise; in Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.
I can refuse the repayment until I have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier time is.
You must deliver the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify me of your cancellation of this contract to:

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
If the goods are damaged or faulty at the time of delivery, please contact us before returning them; in this case we will bear the costs of the return.
