Your order will be shipped centrally from our logistics location in 48734 Reken, Germany. We use the reliable DHL service for all shipments to ensure fast and safe delivery of your e-bike spare parts.

Shipping within Germany

Shipping within Germany is basic for all itemsfree of charge.

The shipping time is 3 up to 5 working days.

Shipping to other EU countries

For shipments to other EU countries, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of16.50 euros. This applies to deliveries to Belgium, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Slovakia and Spain.

The shipping time to these countries is3 up to 8 working days.

Shipping to Switzerland and Great Britain (UK)

For deliveries to Switzerland and Great Britain we charge a flat rate shipping fee of18.00 euros. The shipping time to these countries is then3 up to 8 working days. Please note: Additional duties, taxes and import fees may apply for deliveries to non-EU countries (Switzerland and Great Britain). These are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are paid by the buyer directly to the respective customs authority or the delivery person upon delivery.

Tracking

After we have handed over your order to DHL, we will automatically send you a confirmation by email. This contains a tracking number with which you can transparently track the status of your package at any time.
