Shipping information

Your order will be shipped centrally from our logistics location in 48734 Reken, Germany. We send all shipments with DHL.

Shipping within Germany

Shipping within Germany is free for all items. The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after receipt of payment.

Shipping to other EU countries

For shipments to other EU countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of 16.50 euros. The delivery time is 3 to 8 working days.

We deliver to all other member states of the European Union: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.

Shipping to Switzerland and Great Britain (UK)

For deliveries to Switzerland and Great Britain we charge a flat shipping fee of 18.00 euros. The delivery time is 3 to 8 working days. Please note: Additional duties, taxes and import fees may apply for deliveries to non-EU countries (Switzerland and Great Britain). These are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are paid by the buyer directly to the respective customs authority or the delivery person upon delivery.

Tracking

After we have handed over your order to DHL, we will automatically send you a confirmation by email. This contains a tracking number with which you can transparently track the status of your package at any time.
