Assembly tool / spider for YAMAHA PW-X, PW-X2 & PW-X3 lockring

Precision tool for demanding drives: We have it Spider puller specially developed for the lock nut of the YAMAHA PW-X series. Since the lock ring on these engines has a special structure, our tool offers an extremely high level of accuracy, which enables professional work and prevents damage to the material.

Flexible application options

In order to optimally use the tool with your existing equipment, various drive options are available:

• Open-end or ring wrench: Suitable for wrench size 32mm.
• Ratchet / torque wrench: Compatible with 3/8" drive or optionally with 1/2" drive.
• Variants: When purchasing, please select the appropriate option (3/8" or 1/2") for your tool.

Important note: This tool is NOT suitable for YAMAHA PW, PW-SE, PW-ST and PW-TE.

Important assembly instructions

When working on the PW-X drive units, be sure to follow the manufacturer-specific instructions to avoid damaging the motor thread:

• Thread direction: It is a LEFT THREAD.
• Tightening torque: Yamaha recommends a torque of 45 Nm. We strongly recommend using a torque wrench.
