FSA CK-220 crank arm set – 170 mm with ISIS spline
This pair of FSA crank arms replaces the cranks on mid-drive eBike motors with an ISIS spline. It is the right choice when the spline of the old crank is worn out, after crash damage, or when converting to a 170 mm crank length. The arms are made from die-cast aluminium and designed for the high torque of modern mid-drive motors.
Compatibility
Fits motors with an ISIS interface:
- BOSCH® generation 1 (Classic Line DU25/DU45), 2, 4 and 5
- YAMAHA® PW-X, PW-X2, PW-X3, S2 and XM
- BROSE® ALU and MAG up to model year 2025
Not compatible with: BOSCH® Gen 3 · SHIMANO® · IMPULSE® · MAHLE® 1.1 and 1.2 · YAMAHA® PW, PW-SE, PW-ST and PW-TE. FSA offers a separate version with a different interface for Bosch Gen 3 – this ISIS crank does not fit there.

- No sensors: cadence and power are measured by the motor unit – the cranks stay simple and low-maintenance.
Fitting note
Crank bolts are not included – your existing bolts are reused. Clean the spline and taper before fitting and tighten the bolts to the torque specified by the motor manufacturer; please re-tighten after the first few kilometres.

- Bosch service: Bearing set / engine service kit – suitable for BOSCH Gen4
- Yamaha service: Bearing set / motor service kit ENDURO – suitable for Yamaha PW-X / PW-X2 eBike engines
- Brose service: BROSE crankshaft / bottom bracket shaft – suitable for Drive C/S/T/TF (ALU+MAG)
