Belt wheel freewheel “Heavy Duty” (sprag freewheel) – suitable for BROSE®
Maximum reliability for your drive system: This one "Heavy duty" sprag freewheel was specially developed for the highest loads and has reinforced clamping bodies. It is mounted in the belt wheel and is responsible for the precise coupling and uncoupling of the electric motor. This allows for resistance-free cranking when riding without electrical assistance.
Each freewheel is tested individually
When it comes to internal engine components, fractions of a millimeter decide whether they function or fail. That's why we check every single freewheel: In our shipping warehouse, the tolerances of each component are checked manually using special precision gauges before the part leaves our warehouse. No random samples – every part goes through the test.

Important assembly and maintenance instructions
- Addition: You can find the slightly larger "heavy duty" sprag freewheel PLB20127HD for the crank drive here.
- Lubrication: For long-term, perfect functionality, we strongly recommend using a special one High-performance grease for sprag freewheels, which meets the high mechanical requirements of this "heavy duty" product.
