Our specialized Press-in tool ensures that the sensitive thin-section bearings are mounted precisely, parallelly and without damaging force on the raceways.
3-in-1 function for the perfect storage service
Designed specifically for the needs of Gen2 maintenance, this tool offers three key benefits:
- Safe pressing: When inserting the bearing into the housing cover, the adapter only presses on the housing cover Outer ring. This effectively prevents tilting, which would immediately damage the thin-section bearings.
- Gentle pressing of the hub: The back serves as a guide when pressing the hub into the main bearing. Here only the Inner ring loaded - so no pressure is exerted on the sensitive balls.
- Practical squeezing aid: If the old bearing remains in the housing cover after removing the hub, the back of the tool can also be used to clean Squeeze out be used.
