Damping film set 2.0 for BOSCH® Gen2 eBike motors
This set of four damping films decouples the drive unit from the eBike frame. If the motor’s aluminium housing is bolted directly to the aluminium frame without film, the high pressure of the bolted joint produces a typical creaking or cracking noise. The version 2.0 films are made of high-quality 3M material and are considerably thicker and more stable than the original films – for permanently reliable decoupling.

- BOSCH® Performance Line (BDU2xx, 2014–2019)
- BOSCH® Performance Line CX (BDU2xx, 2014–2019)
- BOSCH® Performance Line Speed 45 (BDU2xx, 2014–2019)
Scope of delivery:
- 4x damping film – 2x for the motor, 2x for the aluminium mounting plate
Installation note
Before installation, remove the old films from the motor and mounting plate and clean the surfaces.
