PLUS package for the BOSCH® Service Kit (maintenance & repair)
Expand your engine overhaul options: This PLUS package is the ideal addition to the standard BOSCH service kit. In combination, these components offer a comprehensive solution for professionally repairing engine damage and restoring complete smooth running.
Extended scope of delivery of the PLUS package
This package contains additional, specialized bearings and seals not included in the standard kit:
- Crankshaft bearing LEFT side: High-quality bearing in the required special size.
- Needle bearing for the main drive pinion: To stabilize the primary power transmission.
- Needle bearing for the gearbox: Precision bearings for the internal gear shafts.
- Deep groove ball bearings for the gearbox: To support low-friction rotation inside the engine.
- O-ring for the crankshaft: For secure sealing against external influences.
- O-ring for the hub/sprocket mount: Protects the recording from the ingress of dirt and water.
Compatibility – BOSCH® Generation 2
The PLUS package has been developed specifically for the following second generation BOSCH® drive units (BDU2xx):
- BOSCH Active Line: Years of construction 2014 – 2017.
- BOSCH Performance Line: Years of construction 2014 – 2019.
- BOSCH Performance Line CX: Years of construction 2014 – 2019.
