Complete engine revision kit / repair kit for BOSCH® Generation 2
Maximum reliability for your proven drive: This comprehensive Engine revision kit contains all necessary replacement bearings for the transmission and entire drive train. Through the use of quality bearings high quality chrome steel ensure long-term smooth running and resilience of your e-bike.
Compatibility – BOSCH® Generation 2 (BDU2xx)
This repair kit has been developed to fit the following BOSCH® drive units:
- BOSCH® Active Line: Years of construction 2014 – 2017.
- BOSCH® Performance Line: Years of construction 2014 – 2019.
- BOSCH® Performance Line CX: Years of construction 2014 – 2019.
- BOSCH® Performance Line Speed 45: Years of construction 2014 – 2019.
Extensive scope of delivery (14 pieces)
The kit includes all critical wear parts, including the often neglected shim:
Bearing components:
- 1x Large Main Bearing (Right)
- 1x crankshaft bearing right (21.5 x 37 x 9 mm)
- 1x crankshaft bearing left (21.5 x 42 x 12 mm)
- 2x needle bearings & 2x needle freewheels (sleeve freewheels)
- 3x deep groove ball bearings
Seals & small parts:
- 1x O-ring for the lock ring
- 2x O-ring for the crankshaft
- 1x shim for the crankshaft (as it is often worn out)
Important assembly instructions
- Lubrication: To ensure optimal sealing and assembly, please lubricate the O-rings with Vaseline, Molykote or a suitable bearing grease before use.
- Tool recommendation: In order to achieve an optimal result during installation, we recommend our suitable Press-in tool
